Planetary Pool

Use C# in Visual Studio with Unity to complete Planetary Pool, a game where the player applies and uses gravitational forces with simulated physics to knock planets together towards the goal planet. Learn how to apply these forces to game objects via user input, communicate the potential path through GUI updates, and add scoring and rank based on performance.

To create this game, follow these steps:

  1. Download and install Unity 5.2 or higher if you don't have it.
  2. If you don't have Visual Studio, choose to install Visual Studio Community Edition while installing Unity. This will also install Visual Studio Tools for Unity for you.
  3. Once both Unity and Visual Studio are done installing, download the Planetary Pool files on GitHub.
  4. Follow along with the Office Mix presentation here to begin creating and coding!
